Insurance Support through Apps
Both Delta Dental and Anthem (Health and Vision) have mobile applications that support employees.

The Sydney App allows employees to access their ID cards, review plan specific information, manage claims, and access telehealth.

The Delta Dental app assists with finding a dentist in-network, reviewing the specifics of an employee's plan and scheduling an appointment with a provider online.

Both applications can be found at the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android).

Employee Assistance Program

IWCS partners with Sentara EAP to offer behavioral and mental health services for all personnel and their families.

Sentara EAP services are available to all members of your household at no cost. This benefit provides up to five free counseling sessions per presenting issue.

Information about and access to these benefits can be found here.

The company username can be obtained from your direct supervisor or by contacting an IWCS HR representative at [email protected] or 357-0084.
