Please be advised:  As authorized by Va. Code § 2.2-4304(F), the Isle of Wight County School Board awarded, on an emergency basis, a contract in the amount of $308,000.00 to Retrofit Services, Inc. to repair the mechanical piping in Wing C of Carrollton Elementary School on July 14, 2022.
