April is the Month of the Military Child, providingan opportunity to recognize and honor the service of Virginia’s youngestheroes, over 80,000 military connected children.

We encourage our schools and departmentsto show support for the annual Purple Up Day for Military Kids celebration by wearing purple on Wednesday,April 22nd.
