The School Board will hold a Special Called meeting on May 18, 2022, beginning at 6:00pm in the Westside Elementary School Auditorium, 800 W. Main St., Smithfield, VA 23430. The purpose of the meeting is to hear citizen comments on the proposed Strategic Plan, approve the FY 2022-2023 Operational Budget, and Acting Superintendent. A copy of the plan is available online at https://www.iwcs.k12.va.us/apps/pages/strategicplan. The meeting will be streamed live on the IWCS Facebook page and YouTube channel.
