9:30--10:30 am; HardyES; The Police Unity Tour is a 250 mile bicycle ride beginning in Portsmouth, Virginia to raise awareness about those officers who have died in the line of duty and money for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial. The riders take a “pit stop” at Hardy where their supporters provide water and food. They are greeted by cheering students and staff as they pull in the driveway at Hardy. The riders hand out patches and take numerous photos/selfies with the enthusiastic students.
