  The School Board will hold a special joint meeting with the Board of Supervisors on October 7, 2025, beginning at 4:00pm in the Westside Elementary School Auditorium, 800 W. Main St., Smithfield, VA 23430.The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Capital Improvement Plan items along with results of the TischlerBise study.  The meeting will be streamed live on the IWCS Facebook page and YouTube channel.
