The division won 1st place for Career and Technical Education (CTE) Commercials, the CTE brochure (We Know our Why), the “Restore Hardy to Greatness” video, and the IWCS YouTube channel in the category of social media. The division received an Honorable Mention for the Superintendent’s Blog “Building Relationships in the Community through Building Trades.” Lynn Briggs, Director of Community and Media Relations, and David Elliott, Coordinator of Educational Technologies and Communications, were recognized at the December 2019 School Board meeting. CHESPRA includes divisions across Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia.
