A plan has been developed to accommodate Carrsville Elementary students and staff on a temporary basis. Carrsville teachers spent Friday preparing their classrooms for next week.
Students will attend Windsor Elementary through Thursday, November 10. Schools are closed Friday, November 11 in observance of the Veterans Day holiday. Students will return to Carrsville Elementary School on Monday, November 14.
Buses will run as usual, however, families should expect some delay in their students returning home.
Carrsville students will not dismiss until 4:00pm while at Windsor Elementary. This is a change from the normal dismissal procedure. Parents who pick up their child for dismissal while at Windsor will have to come in to the atrium, sign your child out, and wait for them by the library.
Kangaroo Kids will be open for before and after-school care during this time and located in the Windsor Elementary gym.
We appreciate the patience and understanding of both Carrsville and Windsor Elementary families during this time. We will provide an update early next week on the projected day for returning to Carrsville Elementary School.
